    Locale is a Data Controller, which means we are responsible for the personal data we process in relation to our own prospective, current and previous employees, to prospective, current and previous Customers (You) and to our prospective, current and previous Suppliers. This privacy notice covers how we process personal data relating to our Customers and Suppliers. <\/p>\r\n\r\n

    Locale is a Data Processor, which means we process personal data on behalf of our Customers.   Our Customers (‘You’) remain the Data Controller for personal data processed via the portal we provide to you.  We can only process personal data in accordance with your instructions and your purposes.  Please refer to our Fair Processing Notice for how we handle personal data as a Data Processor.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
